Every new robot runs on a small live account for months before it goes near client money. When one earns its place it appears here, and you will see it on your team sheet the same day.
How a robot earns its place
Four things have to be true before a strategy trades a client account. If any one of them fails, it goes back to training.
It survived a real losing streak
Anything looks good in a good month. We want to see how it behaves in a bad one — on a live account, with real spreads and real slippage, not a backtest.
We can explain what it does
In one sentence, in plain words. If we cannot tell you why it takes a trade, we will not put your money behind it.
It behaves differently to the others
A second robot that trades the same way as the first adds risk, not safety. New robots have to bring something the squad does not already have.
It has a hard stop
Every robot has a loss limit. Hit it and the robot comes off the pitch automatically, without waiting for a human to notice.
What happens when one goes cold
Every robot has bad weeks. That is normal and it is not, by itself, a reason to pull it. What matters is whether it is behaving the way it is supposed to.
Each Monday we look at every robot on the pitch and ask three questions: is it still trading the way we expect, is the losing run inside what we have seen before, and has anything changed in the market it trades? If the answer to any of those is wrong, the robot comes off.
A benched robot is not deleted. It goes back to a small account of our own money and has to earn its way back — the same trial as a new one.
You see this happen
When a robot is benched, it shows on your team sheet that day, with a line saying why. You do not have to ask, and we do not wait for month end to tell you.
