The two who do the talking.
Every Tradiant product is software you own outright — which is a fine thing to believe in and a dry thing to read about. So two characters do the explaining instead. This is who they are, where they came from, and the rules we hold them to.
Repli
Repli came second, and deliberately looks like Tradi’s sibling — same line weight, same eyes, same gloves. The difference is that Repli belongs to no single product.
That was the decision worth making. The easy route is a new mascot per product: one for the CRM, one for the payments thing, a robot for whatever comes next. Six products later you have six characters, none of them memorable, and a folder nobody can maintain. Repli is one drawing that changes colour instead — violet on ReplaPay, coral on Kortli, emerald on Myntli. Same character, wearing the house colours.
Repli also never oversells. The line in the bubble is a price, a saving or a link — something true and checkable. If there is nothing concrete to say, Repli says nothing and just waves.
Repli wears the product’s colour
Not seven characters. One character, hue-rotated off a single master, so the shading, the highlight and the shoes stay consistent — and a new product is one more file rather than a new drawing.

Repli is punctuation, not wallpaper. Each pose earns a specific spot on a page — and a pose used in the wrong place is worse than no pose at all.

The arm is a separate layer over the body, and the wave is one CSS rotation about the shoulder — no JavaScript, no sprite sheet, no GIF. The trick is that the arm’s lower end fades out to transparent instead of stopping at a hard edge, so it dissolves into the shoulder and there is no cut line to catch.
| Value | Setting | Why it is that number |
|---|---|---|
| Pivot | 79.53% 33.66% | The shoulder. Any higher and it lands near the wrist, only the hand rocks, and it reads as a twitch. |
| Swing | −8° to +10° | Tradi’s own figures. At ±18° the shoulder visibly breaks apart. |
| Cycle | 2.4s | Sine easing, turning at 45% so the return is slower than the outswing — a pendulum, not a metronome. |
Every one of those was arrived at by rendering the animation frozen at six phases and looking at the joint, rather than by eye.
What they will and won’t do
Always
- ✓One figure per screenful. A long page carries three or four; a short one carries the hero and nothing else.
- ✓They stand on a light surface. A black outline needs somewhere to read against.
- ✓Motion stops for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion. Not optional.
- ✓New colourways come from the master by hue rotation, so the shading never drifts.
Never
- ✕No slogans. A bubble carries a price, a saving or a link — two lines at most.
- ✕No recolouring by hand, no flipping, no skewing, no cropping into the artwork.
- ✕No bubble over a hand. Check the pose before choosing which side it goes on.
- ✕Tradi never appears on a product page, and Repli never appears here in someone else’s colour.
That is the whole crew.
Two characters, one house style, and a short list of things they are not allowed to do. See what they are selling on the products page.
