ReplaForms runs on your server, with every answer in your database. Conditional logic so nobody is asked a question they needn’t answer, drop-off reported question by question, and no cap on responses, ever.

Logic that hides what does not apply
A question only appears when the answers before it call for it. The person filling it in sees a short form; you still get the detail you need from the ones it applies to.
Drop-off, question by question
Not just how many finished. Which question they stopped at. Every view, start and answer is recorded as an event, so a new report needs no migration and no backfill.
No cap on responses
Not a tier, not a fair-use clause. It is your server and your database, so the only limit is the disk you are paying for anyway.
An answer can never be reinterpreted later
Publishing snapshots the form into a version that is never edited again, and every response points at the version it was answered against. Change the form next month and last month’s answers still mean exactly what they meant. Most builders quietly let an edit rewrite history; this one cannot.
Thirteen templates, or start blank
Contact, customer feedback with NPS, support ticket, order form, event registration, job application, expense claim, leave request, new starter, performance review, research screener and more. Each is a starting point you then change.
Embed it anywhere
A hosted page on your own domain, or an iframe on any site you like. File uploads, response limits, spam controls and per-form SEO are all in the box.
An API, and MCP
Every admin job is available over the API, so forms can be created and published from a script. There is an MCP server too, which is how we stand a new site up without opening the studio.

Single company — $299
Run ReplaForms on as many of your own servers and domains as you like, for your own company. Complete source code, yours to read and change.
Agency — $899
Everything above, plus the right to run ReplaForms for your clients, rebranded as your own service, with no per-client fee.
We can set it up, or run it
Neither is required — ReplaForms installs in an afternoon if you would rather do it yourself.
We install it — $798
The $299 licence plus $499 for the setup, both paid once. We put it on your server, point your domain at it, get the HTTPS working and walk you through it on a call.
We run it — $79 a month
Hosting on our servers in your name. Updates, backups and monitoring are ours to worry about. Cancel any month — the licence stays yours.
What it deliberately isn’t
Not a survey panel
It collects answers from people you send to it. It does not find you respondents, and it is not an audience you can buy into.
Not a payment form
It will take an order and tell you what somebody wants. If you need the money as well, that is ReplaPay, and the two sit happily side by side.
No bonuses, no launch price
$299 is the price today and it was the price last month. We would rather not run a countdown that resets itself.
